Plumbing & Drainage plans.

  • These drawings show the location of all plumbing materials throughout the house and outside. Contact a local plumbing & drainage contractor.

H1 Heating calculations

  • These are to calculate your Insulation requirement through the walls / floors and roof space; This is including Risk Matrix calcs along with all glazing requirements based on location..

Build able truss designs.

  • This information determines the structural frame work of the roof and/or floor system to build the home. .

Structural Engineering:- Including Bracing / Wind & Snow loadings.
